Links of London was founded in 1990. The company resulted from a simple request for a pair of fish cufflinks - bizarre but true. It was a local restaurant owner who commissioned the manufacture of a pair of sterling silver cufflinks, as a gift for their loyal restaurant clients. THE SWEETIE HYPE: Links of London took the childhood candy bracelet and made it into a jewel icon. Since its launch in 2002 the Links of London Sweetie bracelet has been a ‘must have’ in the collection of any girl who’s exhausted her Tiffany & Co & Gucci Jewellery pieces The Sweetie bracelet is slinky, versatile and a great alternative to a traditional charm bracelet - if you want to add any of the Links of London charms to it, you can choose from over 150 charms. You can also blend in gold charms on the silver sweetie bracelet. What is a Sweetie Bracelet??? It is a bracelet, made up of elastic with loads of sterling silver links threaded onto the elastic. There is one chunky link that has the brand logo on it. The bracelet comes in 3 sizes, small, medium and large. The bracelet costs 110 pounds. The bracelet come packaged in a cloth drawstring bag then inside a fancy Links of London box. There are also 6 sterling silver split rings (split links) for attaching charms to the bracelet, so there is no need to take it to a jewellers to get your charms attached. You can do it yourself. I have over 50 sterling silver charms available to purchase now on the website ranging in price from £10 - £18 each.
